On January 9, 2021, the soundtrack CD for the 2nd and 3rd seasons of the TV anime "World Trigger" will be available. The series, which airs on TV Asahi in the "NUMAnimation" block, began airing on October 9, 2021.

Based on the sci-fi action manga by Daisuke Ashihara, "World Trigger" has been a huge success. The first season aired from October 5, 2014 to April 3, 2016, followed by the 2nd season which aired from January 9 to April 3, 2021. The latest 3rd season aired from October 9, 2021 to January 22, 2022.

This CD includes a total of 39 songs, mainly background music (BGM) that enriched the 2nd and 3rd seasons. The music is composed by Kenji Kawai, who has been composing music since the first season.
